Lost Order Notification
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.
If you have not received your parcel 15 working days after you were expecting the delivery, please submit your details below . We will endeavour to resolve this problem in a prompt manner and to your satisfaction.
In order for us to take this matter further with Royal Mail we need your consent to pass your details (name, address and product details) on to Royal Mail for them to investigate this further. If you do not give us your consent you may contact Royal Mail yourself to claim compensation.
