Placing your order

When you place an order to purchase a product from Glitz4Girlz, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have despatched it.

Pricing and availability

All prices include VAT. We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order at any time with a full refund by emailing cancellations@glitz4girlz.com, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we may not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs.
