When you place an order to purchase a product from Glitz4Girlz, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have despatched it.

Please ensure that you provide a full and correct postal address, including postcode, for delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or incomplete address details.

All prices include VAT. We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. Cancelling your order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 calandar days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return.
